Damage due to post, Returns and Refunds
We undergo a strict quality control process on all of our items and prints, ensuring that each item is inspected, carefully packaged and dispatched in a timely manner on each order. However, sometimes things beyond our control, such as postal delays or damage, can happen.
Black Mountain Creations accepts returns within 14 of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email admin@blackmountaincreations and include the following information:
-Your name
-The title of the piece
-The date of purchase
-The purchase price (please include a screenshot or photo of the receipt if applicable)
-The reason for requesting a return
-If the art arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damage.
Please return it in the original packaging if possible.
Your refund or replacement will be processed when the return has been received. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
As our prints are high-quality items using delicate materials such as fine art paper, in the event a customer wishes to make a return as they have changed their mind about a purchase, we will only offer a full refund if the item is returned to us in its original condition.

Dispatch and Delivery Times
As our prints are generally printed to order, we aim to print and dispatch your item/s within 1-2 working days of receiving your order.
All of our UK orders use Royal Mail Standard delivery which usually takes 2-3 working days.
If you have a particular requirement for delivery that is not listed on our options, please contact us before ordering and we will endeavour to assist you.
International orders are subject to international delivery and customs times.
Please note that during busy or holiday periods there may be delays in receiving your items due to postal services. We will not be held responsible for delays due to issues outside of our control due to postal services, but please contact us if you have not received your item within 14 days of dispatch notification during normal off-peak delivery times.

Do You Sell At Trade Events and Craft Fairs?
We do sell at craft fairs and events, please follow us on social media and join our mailing list as we post updates there when we will be trading at an event.
Do You Offer a Framing and Mounting Service For Your Prints?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide our prints mounted / framed for anything that is posted, due to the size of mounts and their fragility in the postal system. However, if you are local to Carmarthenshire then we can do so and arrange for you to collect in person at our premises or at an event. We mount all our art prints for our trade and direct person-to-person sales events.
